MDH Project Managers will present an overview of the Maryland Department of Health (MDH) Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) Modular Transformation project also known as the MMT Project. MDH is embarking on an eight-year $500 - $800 million project to transform the legacy MMIS system to a modular Medicaid enterprise system. The MMIS processes over 50 million Medicaid claims annually for over 75,000 participating providers. The session will present the MMT Roadmap that includes a timeline for each module, and the multiple procurement opportunities that will come from this major IT development project.
