The Montgomery County Business Coalition focuses on creating a business-positive economic environment for Montgomery County. We support new enterprises, create opportunities for professional networking, and facilitate outreach to policy makers.
 
Our reach includes thousands of employers and millions of square feet of local property, and our members fill seats on the boards of multiple organizations.
 
We have achieved numerous legislative and advocacy successes, and continually advise employers on how to adjust to policy changes to remove barriers of success and foster growth for your business.
 
Our current initiatives  include:
  • Creating a standard definition of “Small Business”
  • Evidence-based policy making, with a review of the potential economic impact of proposals on employers and residents
  • Support to employers who provide jobs in the community
