The event welcomed 243 small businesses, 85 government officials, 47 VIP graduates, 15 large prime contractors, and 15 mid-sized businesses for a full day of networking, education, and federal contracting opportunities. Attendees heard directly from senior acquisition and procurement leaders during the Strategic Procurement Priorities Business Roundtable, featuring procurement officials from the Shared Services Procurement Office, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), U.S. Census Bureau, and FirstNet Authority. The program also featured a Fireside Chat on Industry Updates with Larry Allen of the General Services Administration (GSA), Joann Hill of the U.S. Department of Commerce OSDBU, and Ryan Lambert of the U.S. Small Business Administration's Office of Government Contracting and Business Development.
The day concluded with more than 350 one-on-one B2B matchmaking sessions connecting businesses directly with federal agencies and industry partners, reinforcing Industry Day's role as a premier forum for strengthening public-private partnerships and expanding opportunities in the federal marketplace.
A sincere thank you to our attendees, sponsors, exhibitors, and speakers for helping make this event such a success. We look forward to continuing to connect businesses, agencies, and leaders at future Industry Day events.

What is an Industry Day?
An Industry Day is the collaboration and networking between industry and government. Industry Days provides an opportunity for the government to forecast and solicit feedback on its contracting opportunities. Industry Days provide a rare opportunity to meet with government program/procurement officers and prime contractors, as well as network with potential partners.
MCCC is dedicated to the success of small business government contractors. Montgomery County is #2 in the U.S. for the number of small businesses that sell to the Federal government; thus, it is an MCCC priority to help accelerate the success of these businesses through programming and advocacy.
