Learn how to develop your sustainability brand and help position your business for success in the marketplace and in its environmental efforts. Sustainability brand experts and practitioners will address the following questions:

  • How do businesses create and maintain a sustainability brand?
  • What are the keys to success, and what pitfalls should be avoided?
  • What is a credible sustainability claim and what isn't?
  • How should these credible sustainability claims be integrated and balanced with claims about product or service performance and other attributes?
  • What can we learn from research in the social sciences?
