The GSA Office of the Procurement Ombudsman (OPO) serves as an agency resource to help vendors navigate the federal marketplace contracting maze. OPO also acts as a voice for industry to ensure concerns with GSA programs and processes are directed to and addressed by the appropriate entities within GSA. GSA Ombudsman Millisa L. Gary will present an overview of this Office and highlight new GSA programs and initiatives in this special GovConNet Forum.

Millisa L. Gary was appointed to serve in the role of the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA)’s first Procurement Ombudsman in February 2014. Millisa is also the agency Task and Delivery Order Ombudsman. Prior to this appointment, she served as a senior policy advisor with GSA’s Office of Acquisition Policy.
Millisa’s entire career has been with the Federal government, in both the executive and legislative branches. Millisa is a stellar professional with experience in managing Federal programs, and has an established track record for leading people, mentoring colleagues and inspiring change across diverse constituencies.
Millisa earned a Bachelor of Science degree from George Mason University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Averett University.
